Christmas Bookings
We are now taking Christmas bookings. This year our Christmas menu includes Abroath smokie mousse, roast turkey, Yorkshire game pie, Christmas pudding and rich chocolate torte.

Drink
There are two bars, with open fires in the winter months offering a good selection of cask ales including Timothy Taylor's Landlord and Moorhouse's Premier and a wide choice of wines by the glass. Outside seating for warmer weather provides a view of Long Preston moor.
Food
Our dining room can seat up to fifty people. The menu, served throughout the pub, provides a wide choice of traditional favourites such as Yorkshire ham and eggs, steak and ale pie and huge battered haddock. There is also a blackboard displayed daily with some more unusual dishes. The emphasis is still on good home cooking but we are never short of a few surprises!
